Returns

Subject to Lift Parts Direct LLC approval.

If you measured wrong or otherwise ordered incorrectly, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery and the following refund deductions will apply: 30% restocking fee, return shipping charge, original shipping charge. Please take the time to measure your forklift carriage and make sure you are ordering the correct sizes. 

Custom Forks

Custom forks are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. Prior to placing a custom fork order, Lift Parts Direct LLC will email a final approval document (this will include product dimensions, capacity, and other related details). This approval document will have to be signed prior to fulfilling the order.

Warranty

Lift Parts Direct LLC warrants to the original purchaser that all Forklift Forks delivered hereunder against faulty workmanship and use of defective materials, when used in normal use and service, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period determined by the manufacturer.  This warranty applies to products purchased new by the original purchaser and does not apply to products which have been abused, misused, damaged, modified, or repaired by anyone. 

No warranties are expressed or implied as to the fitness of the equipment on which the product is installed.
